The University strives for a work-life balance for every employee. All full-time academic professional employees receive these benefits:

  • 24 days of vacation per year, cumulative to 48 days
  • Up to 25 days of sick leave per year
  • Two weeks of paid parental leave following birth or adoption
  • Progressive holiday schedule and two additional choice holidays
