Directions to the NCSA Building |

The NCSA Building is located on the campus of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign at 1205 W. Clark St., Urbana, Illinois.
Parking at NCSA
Metered parking is available near the NCSA Building on Clark Street, in the parking garage just north of NCSA, and on other surrounding streets. Rates are $1.00/hour, and all meters accept quarters, dimes, nickels and dollar coins. While you can park all day in the garage, time limits for surrounding streets are usually two hours. There is no attendant in the parking garage, but you do have the option to pay for metered parking in the parking structure by credit card by calling 1-866-234-PARK (7275); the garage is location 4801. There are also bike racks on the west end of the building. (along Mathews Street)

From the north on I-57
- Drive south on I-57 to I-74
- Drive east on I-74 to the Lincoln Avenue exit
- Take the Lincoln Avenue exit south to University Avenue
- Turn right onto University Avenue and go to Mathews Avenue
- Turn left onto Mathews Avenue
- Turn left on Clark Street (note that Clark is a one-way street -- traffic flows west to east in front of the NCSA Building)
- The circle drive and entrance will be on your right
From the south on I-57
- Drive north on I-57 to I-74
- Drive east on I-74 to the Lincoln Avenue exit
- Take the Lincoln Avenue exit south to University Avenue
- Turn right onto University Avenue and go to Mathews Avenue
- Turn left onto Mathews Avenue
- Turn left on Clark Street (note that Clark is a one-way street -- traffic flows west to east in front of the NCSA Building)
- The circle drive and entrance will be on your right
From the east on I-74
- Drive west on I-74 to the Lincoln Avenue exit
- Take the Lincoln Avenue exit south to University Avenue
- Turn right onto University Avenue and go to Mathews Avenue
- Turn left onto Mathews Avenue
- Turn left on Clark Street (note that Clark is a one-way street -- traffic flows west to east in front of the NCSA Building)
- The circle drive and entrance will be on your right
From the west on I-74
- Drive east on I-74 to the Lincoln Avenue Exit
- Take the Lincoln Avenue exit south to University Avenue
- Turn right onto University Avenue and go to Mathews Avenue
- Turn left onto Mathews Avenue
- Turn left on Clark Street (note that Clark is a one-way street -- traffic flows west to east in front of the NCSA Building)
- The circle drive and entrance will be on your right
From the west on I-72
- Drive east on I-72. As you arrive in Champaign, I-72 becomes University Avenue
- Follow University Avenue east to Mathews Avenue
- Turn right onto Mathews Avenue
- Turn left on Clark Street (note that Clark is a one-way street -- traffic flows west to east in front of the NCSA Building)
- The circle drive and entrance will be on your right
From Willard Airport on U.S. Route 45
- When leaving Willard, turn left at the light off the airport road and onto Route 45
- Continue on 45 through Savoy to Champaign. Route 45 becomes Neil Street
- Neil Street splits. Keep to the right and, at the light, turn right onto University Avenue
- Follow University Avenue east to Mathews Avenue
- Turn right onto Mathews Avenue
- Turn left on Clark Street (note that Clark is a one-way street -- traffic flows west to east in front of the NCSA Building)
- The circle drive and entrance will be on your right
