Where will the Private Sector Program Annual Meeting take place?
The meetings will be held at the Holiday Inn Hotel and Conference Center at 1001 Killarney Street, Urbana, IL 61801. The PSP Annual meeting will begin on Monday, April 26 at 10:00 am with an optional golf outing. Consult the meeting agenda for more details. Registration is now open.

Will there be Internet access at the conference?
Yes, wireless Internet will be available. Bring your laptop and wireless card with you. There will also be some wireless cards available for check-out. For those of you who don't bring laptops, we will have an email bank set up.

NCSA wireless access information
IEEE 802.11a and 802.11b wireless access will be available in the meeting rooms and lobby during the meeting for users who have laptops, PDAs, and other devices with compatible wireless cards. A small number of 802.11b wireless network cards will be available for checkout. Please direct inquiries to the registration desk. The SSID will be Alliance, but the wireless network will also be set up to not require an SSID from the clients.

In order to provide as reliable a wireless network as possible to the meeting attendees, no wireless equipment at 2.4 Ghz or 5.2 Ghz except client cards may be used at the Holiday Inn without prior approval from neteng@ncsa.uiuc.edu. We appreciate your cooperation in eliminating potential interference.


Parking is complimentary at the Holiday Inn. We recommend using NCSA-provided transportation to agenda meetings that will be held at campus locations, as parking is restricted.


Does the Holiday Inn have shuttle service?
Yes, they do have complimentary shuttle service. If you know your travel arrangements, you can call in advance to schedule pick up service at 217-328-7900. Otherwise, call the Holiday Inn upon arrival at Willard Airport.
