All oral presentations will be held in the I-Hotel and Conference Center. There are two categories of oral presentations: invited and contributed. The time allocations are as follows:
|Invited||25 min.||5 min.|
|Contributed||12 min.||3 min.|
The Program Organizing Committee makes the final determination regarding acceptance and the content of the program. Oral presentations that are accepted but cannot be accommodated as oral presentations will be accepted as posters instead. Please notify the LOC (adass-loc at ncsa.illinois.edu) as early as possible if you want to remove your contribution.
LCD projectors and computers will be provided for all oral sessions. The presentations are preloaded on the computers inside the session room by our technicians. You need to give your presentations to the technicians at the latest during the break prior to your presention or before the start of the first session of the day of your presentation. You will not be able use your own laptop. This will be strictly enforced. Details of the equipment which will be supplied can be found on the Audio-Visual Information page.
In the session, you will control your presentation on the computer provided in the session room. Please do not load your presentation on the computer in the session room yourself as it will be deleted.
It is strongly recommended that you test your presentation in the Speaker Ready Room during the break or scheduled time preceding your presentation. The computers in the Speaker Ready Room and the session rooms are exactly alike. If your presentation looks good in the Speaker Ready Room, it will look good in the session.
