All participants, including contributed speakers, session chairs,
panelists, workshop facilitators, and committee members must pay a
registration fee. Conference registration fees include:
- Welcome Reception, Wednesday, October 19
- Poster Session, Thursday, October 20
- One ticket for admission to banquet, Friday, October 21
- Two coffee breaks daily
- Lunches daily
- Breakfasts daily
- Admission to all technical sessions
- Room set-ups and audio-visual equipment
Please Note: It is conference policy that ALL attendees must pre-register.
Contributed speakers, session chairs, panelist, workshop facilitators,
and committee members who do not pre-register will be required
to register on site at the higher rate .
