Oct. 2-3, 2006 The workshop kicks off a new initiative on adaptive infrastructure sensing and information systems sponsored by NCSA and the University's Vice Chancellor for Research. The initiative will initially focus on integrated water management. An interdisciplinary team of faculty is holding this event to discuss possible synergies between the new initiative and water management activities in the Chicago metropolitan area.
