The Claremont High School team won second place in the SuperQuest '92 Best Student Paper Competition, which took place after the research projects were completed. Their project was to verify and expand topological knot tables.
Team members were Christopher Candy, Kaan Erdener, and Danny Wu; Robs Muir was their teacher-coach. They participated in SuperQuest '92 at NCSA.
