Contacting Us


NCSA Consulting Services staff are available during the hours of 8:30 a.m. through 5 p.m. (Central Time), Monday through Friday. The staff provide assistance via:

    Calls are forwarded to the NCSA Helpdesk (217) 244-0709 when the office is closed.
    Personal contact
    The NCSA Consulting Office is located in room 3101 in the NCSA building on the corner of Clark St and Mathews St in Urbana.
If you need to contact an individual consultant, you should consult the consulting office staff schedule. The most practical means of contacting a specific consultant is to contact that consultant during one of their shifts.

If You are In a Class: Educational users of a high-performance system should contact the instructor and his or her staff to obtain help. Any requests for help received in Consulting Services are redirected to the contact person specified by the instructor when the account was granted . Your cooperation in following these procedures is appreciated.
