The Accounting Services package contains accounting services that support or enhance the base operating system (BOS). This is optional software that is not needed by bos.rte.

The Accounting Services package requires approximately 1.48 megabytes of disk space.
Run /usr/sbin/acct/shutacct to turn off system accounting before installing.
