Getting Kerberos Software

If you are an NCSA user then you can go to the NCSA Kerberos download page to get the latest clients for UNIX, Windows and Mac. We include with our distribution configuration files with all of the NCSA realm information needed. If you are not an NCSA user then you can refer to the links below for the kerberos software.


For Unix

If you want to get the kerberos software for UNIX then you can retrieve it from the MIT Kerberos site. At NCSA we also include the MIT version with the AFS-Kerberos 5 Migration Kit.

For Windows

If you are looking for a windows distribution then you can get it from MIT's Kerberos 5 NT Alpha 2 Snapshot page. We also have a patch that has been developed here at NCSA which adds alot of new functionality to the NT Alpha 2 snapshot from MIT. You can get the patch from our Kerberos Windows patch page.

For Mac

You can get Kerberos mac clients from the following locations.
