Finance Office

The National Center for Supercomputing Application's Finance Office seeks an Illinois undergraduate student to assist with records management. The appointment will pay $10.50 per hour.

Key responsibilities

  • Running documents to campus
  • Scanning hardcopy documents
  • Filing hardcopies
  • Electronic filing/combining PDFs

Required education and experience

  • Basic office skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite

Applicants must be available to work 10 hours per week during standard business hours (8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday-Friday) but scheduling is otherwise flexible.
