Stationary Airfoil

Ongoing project visualizing high Reynolds flow around a stationary airfoil. Computational aspect focuses on developing novel numerical methods that capture multiscale physics on unstructured grids. Visualization highlighting turbulence detachment areas and backflow on airfoil surface. Q-criterion scalars calculated in ParaView for locating vortical structures.
