Coprocessing and In Situ Visualization of Differential Equations

This project investigated two methods of in situ visualization of differential equations in preparation for scaling studies. VisIt libsim v2 was compared with ParaView Coprocessing we eventually decided to go with ParaView. Simulation code was then instrumented with coprocessing hooks and adapators were written. Multiple diff eqs were investigated, Navier-Stokes, Klien Gordon, etc. Also wrote Chapter 19 - Visualization with ParaView Coprocessing for Parallel Spectral Numerical Methods.
