XSEDE16 registration open!

XSEDE16 takes place July 17-21 at the Intercontinental Hotel & Resort Miami—the hotel rises 34 stories with views of the Atlantic Ocean, Biscayne Bay, and the Port of Miami. XSEDE16, the 5th annual conference, will showcase the discoveries, innovations, challenges and achievements of those who use and support XSEDE resources and services, as well as other digital resources and services throughout the world.

Registration Desk Hours

• Sunday, July 17, 2016 — 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
• Monday, July 18, 2016 — 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
• Tuesday July 19, 2016 — 7:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
• Wednesday July 20, 2016 — 7:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
• Thursday July 21, 2016 — 7:00 a.m. – noon

Hotel Reservations

If you have not yet made your hotel reservations, we encourage you to do so right away as space and availability for the conference rate is limited. Please note the default dates for registration are July 17–22, please change search results for different dates. Click here to make your reservation online, or call (888) 424-6835 (1-88 IC HOTELS), and reference the XSEDE16 Conference.

Please note that the cut-off date to receive the conference rate is June 15, 2016 at 5:00 p.m. ET. After the cut-off date, the conference room rate may not be available.

Late registration pricing will begin on June 15 at 12:00 a.m. ET.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will be accepted until June 15, 2016. Refunds will be made in full less a $100 cancellation fee through June 15, 2016. No refunds will be issued after June 15, 2016. Requests for refunds, cancellations, and/or substitutions must be made via email to: kbergeron@helmsbriscoe.com.
