NCSA hosting 2018 Data Science Day September 27 August 29, 2018 Share this page: Twitter Facebook LinkedIn Email The Illinois Data Science Initiative (iDSI) is excited to announce the 2018 Data Science Day summit happening at the National Center for Supercomputing Applications on September 27 from 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. This event recognizes data science across the University of Illinois and will be of particular interest to those who are: Collecting, archiving, analyzing, visualizing, or sharing data for research Interested in working with data for their research Interested in how others are using data for research The event will feature sessions focused on the application of data science in genomics and materials science, the hesitant data scientist, data governance, and community data science. About iDSI The Illinois Data Science Initiative is a collective of people working to bring together data science resources across the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign campus.
